Growl 001: Accidental Video
[The camera showed a view of the Carnival from waist level, as if the device was attached to a rather tall man's belt. He walked slowly among the gawking crowd, purposefully. He ignored the stares, but the fear and disgust on the faces of those around him could be clearly seen in the video's range as he passed.
All faces except one. Attempting to keep up alongside his long strides was a tall red-headed girl. Sansa. She actually smiled at him from time to time as they wandered through the crowd.
He didn't recognize... a lot of the booths or attractions, but a festival was a festival. Just an excuse for the well off to play games and fuck around. He'd been learning his way around this damn town since he'd almost drowned on arriving two weeks ago and rescued the stupid bird from the rubble. He didn't see any point to using the communication device even after it had been explained to him. There wasn't a single damn person he had wanted to talk to anyway.
The bird had convinced him to come to the blasted carnival and here he was now - suffering the idiots around him as they passed numerous booths while she decided what she wanted.]
Pick a bloody prize you want already, little bird. All the money I brought with me is useless in this place.
[He had a large bag of gold coins tucked away, but his bag of ivories was slim indeed. Entering the upcoming tournament was looking like a better and better idea by the day.]
